Each year, the Council sends out a Call for Investments notice to solicit innovative grant proposals that promote the independence, productivity, integration, and inclusion of people with developmental disabilities in their communities. The notice announces the amount of funding available as well as the current areas of interest to be addressed in the Five Year Plan.
