Designated Stipends

​​​The WV Developmental Disabilities Council provides stipend fu​nding to in-state, not-for-profit organizations to support the attendance of people with developmental disabilities and family members of people with developmental disabilities at relevant conferences that include topics that are pertinent to and supportive of the Council's mission.  Funds are to be used to assist with actual expenses incurred (registration fees, lodging, travel, food, child care, personal assistance services) for eligible individuals who require financial assistance to be able to attend.
