HCBS State Transition Plan Comments

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires states to submit their plans for ensuring services provided through their Home and Community-Based Waiver programs are truly home and community-based. The Council has provided comments on the proposed plans the WV Bureau for Medical Services has submitted for the IDD Waiver program.
